Residents will have the opportunity to learn more about Draper flood accommodation next week’s Council meeting.

At the January 23, 2023 meeting, Council asked Administration to bring forward by March 14:

• A household flood risk reduction grant program for eligible properties within the community of Draper.
• possible voluntary buyout option(s) for properties in Draper below the 1-in-200-year flood elevation level for Council’s consideration.

Residents are encouraged to register with Legislative Services in advance of the Council meeting using the Request to Speak form, email Legislative.Assistants@rmwb.ca or call 780-743-7001. Registrations in advance must be received by 12 p.m. on March 14, 2023.
