The Area Structure Plan (ASP) is currently being completed for the Draper community. The ASP is a detailed framework for the subsequent subdivision and development of an area of land. The Draper ASP if approved would:

• Guide future development and protect natural amenities;
• Establish policies that promote the orderly and sustainable development of the community;
• Set out future land use in a generalized land use plan;
• Integrate existing and future infrastructure requirements.

Currently the ASP is awaiting direction on Draper flood recovery prior to moving forward. The intent is to re-engage on the ASP late 2021 or early 2022.
