OHV Pilot Project Council Meeting

THAT Off-Highway Vehicle Pilot Project Bylaw No. 24/010 be amended by deleting section 14 and replacing it with the following:
"No Person shall operate an OHV on a Highway in excess of 30 kilometres per hour or where the posted speed limit is less than 30 kilometres per hour, the posted speed limit."
THAT Bylaw No. 24/010, being the Off-Highway Vehicle Pilot Project Bylaw, be read a second time as amended.
THAT Bylaw No. 24/010 be read a third and final time.
